• Big data analytics for genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and metagenomics data
• Next generation sequencing data compression • Sequencing alignment and assembly
• Genomics sequencing signal quality control • Cloud-based -omic data analysis & storage
• Analysis methods for SNP/genotype/epigenetic data • Genomics text data processing
• Dynamic modeling of regulatory and signaling networks • -omic data visualization
• Single-cell & cellular heterogeneity analysis • Structural and comparative genomics
• Integration of multi-modality omic data • Epigenetics and DNA Methylation analysis
• Genomics and protein array image analysis • Translational bioinformatics
• Statistical signal processing of sequencing data • Gene expression pattern recognition
• Computational and statistical analysis of metagenomics • Pharmaco-genomics
• Cancer genomics, Neuro genomics, Cardio genomics • Plant genomics
• Environmental genomcis and toxicogenomics • Bioinformatics of health monitoring
• Functions of microRNA and non-coding RNAs • Molecular interaction and pathways
• Crowd-sourcing for novel biomarker discovery methods
