The 2014 IEEE International Workshop on Genomic Signal Processing and Statistics (GENSIPS 2014) will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, during December 3-5, as part of the 2014 IEEE GlobalSIP (Global Conference on Signal and Information Processing). GENSIPS will provide a forum for researchers in signal processing, bioinformatics, computational biology and biostatistics to exchange ideas and discuss the challenges confronting the communities due to the high dimensionality, high heterogeneity of data acquisition modalities, and high complexity of genomics and proteomics.
Paper Submission: Prospective authors are invited to submit unpublished work to GENSISP 2014. Submissions of at most 4 pages in two-column IEEE format are welcome. Papers should be submitted electronically through EDAS at the following link paper submission
